The current password formulation that you need to insert is a combination of minimum 8 characters, at least one uppercase (A), at least one lowercase (a), digit (5) and symbol (<$@%^).
If you have received a promotional code and want to use it, you can do that during the Sign up procedure. After inserting your email and password, you can enter the promo code.
Every client gets their own master encryption key which they need to keep safe. The system generates a master key which is split into three parts: first part of the key stays with Stornest, the second part is stored securely by Oracle, and the third part is send to the user via email. Stornest has no access to the other two parts of the key.
If data sharing is triggered, Stornest and the third-party key storing company send their parts of the key to the beneficiary. Your beneficiary is then able to access the data you have assigned for them.
If data sharing is triggered, we will notify each beneficiary via email, and instruct them how to access the information you have assigned to them.
Beneficiaries will also receive a code via email, which is generated after the two parts of the decryption key are put together, to be able to access the data. If they do not act on the email we will follow up with SMS and with a phone call to inform them of the data they are supposed to receive. Once the beneficiaries have downloaded all information, your account will be deleted and the account will be closed.
